In 1981, at age 29, Steve Hall began Lakewood Tree & Gardening Service. He was immediately in demand providing skilled lawn and garden services to home owners all over Dallas.
He began his landscape careet in 1971 at Lakewood Country Club. He spent the next decade at Royal Oaks Country Club and Dallas Athletic Country Club where he became skilled with identification, placement and the use of landscaping shrubs, trees and hardscape materials. During this period he also mastered the different planting techniques and uses of vines, bulbs, annuals & perenial flowers.
Steve Hall has degrees in Landscape and Horticulture and gives tours as a volunteer with the Lighthouse for the Blind, at the Dallas Arboretum. Steve has also taught gardening, botany and horticulture to kindergarten & 1st graders at the Dallas Horticulture Center under the tutelage of Don Lambert & Will Green.

Steve Hall resides in McKinney, Texas with his beautiful wife, Marukh, and son, Montana. He has thoroughly enjoyed positively affecting the aesthetic of the DFW landscape and anticipates more years of being trusted to beautify the gardens of the area.
